History ... Resistance Inevitable (II)

Manuel got into his briefcase 2 pants, 3 shirts and some underwear for the trip, also packed up his prayers to God who had fought with him and his ancestors for over 500 years (at least that's what Manuel thought), I pack the hope that the maker of all things visible and invisible, have mercy on him and changed his luck, had carefully folded the desire for a second chance and put it between pants and shirts to keep you Ajara. Before closing the door, I look at Lupe and their kids who were still asleep ... they were tattooed on the memory to take with them.

Manuel did not know which was the "American dream" that both echoed the president, deputies, politicians, journalists, analysts and writers of the day, when talking about the rampant emigration in the tiny country, the only knew I had to find other borders to live their own dream, which rather resembled the poetry of Alfredo Espino "A Rancho and Lucero." I wanted to survive and yours survive with him, wanted to break the vicious circle of slow death to which they were convicted.

Manuel got tired of waiting for the "posterboy" change (as he called it, the president, because he had a poster of decorating funes champita he lived) to fulfill campaign promises and even seemed at times that everything was worse, the effort to organize people to push a better El Salvador had not been worth it and what all that had changed was the ruling but not things. Manuel

I fail to cross the border gringa, gunmen came out to step on San Fernando Tamaulipas (Mexico) and was slain with 71 other dreamers like him.

By digging through his stuff, the killers were well dobladitos prayers and wish for another chance that Manuel had been packaged with the clothes, decided to stay with them, because they thought it would be useful on the day of reckoning.

Inevitably, there is no law or massacres to stop the flow of immigrants into the country's north, while the only thing that our governments provide more unemployment, more hunger, more crime, more corruption, more impunity, less health, it is say, but death in slow motion.
