Every September 15 I remember Ricardo Ramos, a Salvadoran poet very unique, wizard of meter and rhyme, builder of sonnets, rebellious, self-taught genius from swimming, journalist, ahead of his times, with Orlando Fresedo and Don Vicente Rosales Rosales formed one of the first paisito poetic circles.
The memories I come from the days when I was like in fifth grade and was part of the marching band at school. That 15 had gone to the Plaza Libertad and were as expected the monotonous speeches by the authorities of the day, when suddenly, in the audience, leaving this writer and starts screaming always remember this phrase:
"Patria o ... I thought ... but you're just a pedestal as the son of a bitch" phrase
a relentless force in our little country.
