This morning we Alvaro and I went to the field, at first thought to go to locate some of the Marsh harrier nests we have still to be marked with GPS. We went two to one nest REFERENCE located in an old farm, we mark it, still have eggs. We came very close to another female, so I guess there will be another nest. In short, this area has 4 partners and we are all located. Two of them already have chickens.

We have moved to another area, a small river we found another nest, but we could not get to see him. About 150 meters from this location has come a heron, we saw no nest, but anything is possible, would be the first confirmed appointment of the species in the province of Salamanca.
In Pedrezuela we have found with three fellow ornithologists from the Sierra de Madrid. We have accompanied a while, first by the environment of Riolobos Weir, as usual little movement, a harrier, stilts, sandpipers, redshanks much lesser kestrel, a spatula, some azulones. A real family of Shrikes, parents and several chicks fledged.
Our new friends wanted to see geese, so we marched to Revilla, from homes far away we saw the geese, so we got a caminejo, led by Pastor to the fields where they were eating and we could see quite well despite the haze.

The most interesting, at least for me it was a colony of bats in an abandoned warehouse.
